These wood floors were dark brown with stains and grime, so the transformation to looking nearly brand new was immaculate. This house not only had its floors rejuvenated, but also new trim, lights, vents, outlets, paint, and drywalled a wall that was previously panel board.
We transformed our client's covered porch into a four seasons room. We framed and insulated the walls, added a few windows, a door, lighting, outlets, and siding. The addition flawlessly compliments with the rest of the house and looks sleek but also like it has always been there.
In just a few days, this basement transformed from a place you needed to wear a mask due to the mold to a refreshing space ready to be utilized. We cleared out an old bathroom and unwanted lines, treated the mold, fixed the sump pump, ran a commercial grade dehumidifier, primed then painted the rafters, walls and floor.
In this full home renovation, we replaced over 20 doors and door jams. It's amazing how much changing wood slab doors to six panel doors increases the overall appeal of the home.
For this project, the homeowner wanted a to be able to park her car behind a closed gate. We laid some beautiful concrete slabs and made a custom double door gate wide enough to fit a car.

This beautiful, custom-made pergola was constructed in the perfect time for the coming summer months. Our customer was so excited about the new addition that she got everything together the next day and sent us this picture. She decided to go with a metal roof for complete protection from the sun. This was a creative project that took a few days to complete.
This is a durable and cost-effective kitchen design for a rental property. We only used stock cabinets, appliances from outlet stores, vinyl flooring, stock countertops, and a header to open the kitchen up. Even on a budget, it is definitely an eye-catching upgrade, super functional, and adds value to the home.
This house had hail damage so all the shingles, vent caps and gutter guards were replaced. Our team got right to work and replaced this entire roof along with the detached garage and shed in less than two days. Our team knows how to work together on each component of roof restoration, so it was completed with high attention to detail and swiftly.
We transformed a skylight to a roof access door because the customers needed easier access to their roof. We had to expand the opening to accommodate the panel of choice then after securing the door waterproofed the seams and edges.
Our customer had a truck she wanted to keep in the garage, but it was too large. We moved the wall and door back in order to create the extra space needed. Then, we innovated some custom shelves to raise everything off of the floor and store above the cars. Nothing like having a garage that can protect your cars as well as store your things.
This previously open porch is now a fully insulated sunroom perfect for watching TV and comfortably enjoying the sunshine whether winter or summer. Our customer was elated with this job and couldn't wait to spend the afternoon relaxing in her new addition to her home.
Anytime finish work is being done, it is the attention to the small details that makes all the difference. Notice the seams are flawlessly tight, the quarter round comes to a perfect joint and the flooring vanishes into the door jams with not gaps. These are the details that left this customer completely satisfied with this flooring job.
This small, simple bathroom was an old workshop. It was part of transforming a basement into a studio apartment,
complete with a kitchen, living area, laundry and walk out patio. This project required the vision to see what was possible and the innovation to make it functional with little space. The transformation was awesome, going from a gloomy and dirty basement into a vibrant and ultra-clean living quarter.
This customer desired to turn this one full size bathroom into two bathrooms. They wanted a shower in one and a tub in the other. We had to get creative on this layout. Check out the finished work in the next two images.

This customer had an office that opened up into their living room. She had the idea to close off the office space by creating a door that vanished into the wall on one side and looked like a bookshelf on the
office side. These doors turned out awesome and converted the office into a private space with a mystical entrance.

Our customer loved tile and wanted the entire bathroom full of it. She had different design patterns and tile types that she envisioned complimenting one another. The tile work was precise with attention to detail on the grout seems to give her what she dreamed. She was another extremely satisfied customer.
